Please don’t try everything you see, I don’t know how much she knows about these ingredients but anything too gritty, rough and citrusy is very harmful to enamel ( the outer surface of teeth) they cause pores on the enamel and soon teeth become very sensitive, once the enamel becomes porous then it is not reversible, gums bleed because of the presence of bacteria near the gum line or under the gums, also food particles sitting too long around the gums will irritate them and gums bleed, tarter is too hard to be removed by just lemon juice or coffee grits, as you keep brushing with ingredients you will weaken the enamels, major issues will be created, I am a dental hygienist, I work with teeth 8 hours a day 5 days a week and I don’t advise this method to any one, every one likes to find a less costly, easy way (magic) to whiten their teeth, but these are your teeth, if you ruin them they will cost a lot more, I mean no disrespect to any one but any thing like this you see please do more research on all the ingredients before you try them

Anyone in their right mind knows lemon juice is like gasoline to the teeth . It's acid. And every dentist will tell you coffee only stains the teeth. Might as well gargle with Mountain Dew while your at it. There is a reason she don't want to show her face

I tried it today - and it didn’t taste bad at all. Quite good. Did I notice a difference in my yellow teeth? Yes, they were very slightly whiter. I’m with others on the high acidity of this (not noticeable when you use it) but just knowing its there: enamel is precious, I would suggest using a mixture of sea salt and baking soda once a week as the occasional whitener. Also don’t use whitening toothpastes.
