"Hurt" é uma música composta pela banda Nine Inch Nails, mas que foi imortalizada na versão de Johnny Cash. E é nessa versão que Gnomo se espelhou pra fazer seu tributo ao mestre.
Rodrigo Gnomo é um dos principais vocalistas da cena do rock catarinense. Tem como principais influências Ronnie James Dio, John Fogerty, Joe Cocker, Rod Stewart, David Coverdale e Chris Cornell.
Em 2010 ingressou ao time da Camerata Florianópolis, onde participa de três espetáculos: O "Rock N' Camerata" (clássicos do rock e heavy metal), a Ópera Rock "Frankenstein" (atua no papel de Victor Frankenstein) e o "Especial Queen". Na sede da Camerata, Gnomo também atua professor de canto.
Outro projeto em que se destaca é o MARMOR, que envolve literatura, mitologia, história, música, poesia, dança, cinema, animação, comic book, RPG e muito mais. No caso, Gnomo faz parte do elenco de músicos que integra o CD que complementa junto ao livro, a obra ALMA CELTA.
