TABC Studio 1600 Presents: "Maoz Tzur"
This new Chanukah song was written to remind listeners of the power of hope and light during dark times. Inspired by the holiday’s message of perseverance, the song captures the feeling of warmth even in the face of uncertainty. Chanukah teaches that even a small light can push back the darkness, and this song reflects that message, celebrating the inner light we all possess, no matter how overwhelming the darkness may seem.
This rendition of "Maoz Tzur" was composed and produced in TABC Studio 1600 as part of the sophomore music production elective. Sophomores Etai Berkovits '27, Adiv Rimberg '27, and Noam Simon '27 utilized the studio’s advanced facilities, and along with Mr. Spadaro, brought the vision to life. The project not only reflects the spirit of Chanukah but also showcases the creative growth and technical skills developed during the school year.
