How long does it keep food temperature safe over those 8 hours? Does it keep the food a above 140 F the entire time?

Hello I follow you on instagram and I love your videos. What about keeping it cold before you heat it up. I’m worried about bacteria building up while I work. I work 10 hours a day. 7am-5pm. Lunch is a 12pm. Hope to hear back from you.

Like breakfast I start work at 5:30 am cam I heat up some breakfast and then do my lunch later will it work say two breakfast burritos and for lunch a soup or something tacos or do I need to recharge it before the second meal and will it change on the road
