I'm considering this car, I think the styling looks great. It has enough grunt to get around town and is the same tax band as my Fiesta ST, happy days.

You are quoting the time to 100km/h aka 62mph, when you state 6.1s. The 2mph is important as the gearing enables an approx 0.3s reduction for the 60mph sprint, to 5.8s.

Good review. Couple of things worth mentioning. You can remove the exterior decals when ordering. This car has the 18" wheels with standard Bridgestone tyres, there is a NO COST option to upgrade the same rims with Michelin Pilot Sport tyres (no brainer).

I think this looks better than the gti. I dislike the led strip on the grill.. looks like the car has been done up by halfords 😂😂

Only auto !....most Golf GTI's as I understand are spec'd with "paddles" (auto box @ £ ) don't like the decals don't spec, styling is always in the eyes of the beholder...so there you have it, what's not to like !

Gti is still faster, even the base gti is faster on track. This 128 ti is good but cannot touch the clubsport at all.
