Helford River - Fun on the river. Phantom 3 Pro.

Took a walk down to the Helford River from the Carwinion Estate. A lovely little rocky beach right on the riverbank, an excellent time to bother the boating folk with my Phantom. It was good to shoot a moving target for once, still practicing my panning work. I especially enjoyed the speedboat who gunned it when he saw me following, I struggled to keep up so he must've been doing about 25mph.
Had a good chat with the folk on the beach too, everyone seems interested in the drone, in a good way. I'm always keen to inform the public on this emerging technology which only seems to garner negative press attention.

Note: The lighting is a little bit blown out. The main cause is the tablet I use for viewing the drone's perspective always seems a bit too dark, even with my improvised sun shade. To combat this I increase the drone's camera exposure to make it brighter, unfortunately this also effects the resulting footage. I've had a tweak with the tablet and should have more even footage next time.
Music as always from the awesome Zero7.

Fantastic flying! Your combination use of yaw and roll makes for very professional looking shots - following and orbitting moving boats etc. Helford River one of my favourite places in the world, moored there many times and spent happy hours in the Shipwright's Arms. Live in South Africa now - better weather!
