I FINALLY GOT IT. Ok, at 8:32, Adam starts talking about the 3 types of content: Attraction, Nuture, and Promo. In the context of a business, this is the beginning stages of the customer journey. Attract is about just introducing yourself. This is the stuff that is supposed to go viral. Nuture is where you start having that conversation and showing your interests/hobbies. This is where you let them know you are human. Promotion is the next step. Once people trust you, send them to where they can support you (spotify, website, etc.) For some reason it took me so long to figure this out, but it finally clicked. Hope this helps!

I love your thought on this, we talk about similar but more focused on DJs and Dance Music producers and it's interesting to hear someone say essentially what you've been preaching but slightly differently, I really like your system analogy. I''ve been telling our electronic music DJs to think about making content similar to those that start on a gym routine, you start rubbish and get better and you build processes to allow you to get better and by building the reps of doing it - makes it easier. I'm also so big on time management and you can achieve much more than you think by monitoring your time.
