It's all about fun because brics are not form to counter any country neither a war group. It was made to boost the overall economy of those 5 countries.

BRICS already have countries from 4 continents, so they need North America and Oceania countries. The only country from those two continents begin with "K" is Kiribati. Let Kiribati join.

As a South African, we don't really have any conflicts with other countries. We pretty much leave Lesotho and Eswatini alone.
Some of the older folks still want Namibia back, but it's not really a concern to most of us.
