2. A small water body/ lake with a gazebo and wishing well
3. Revamp the basement into a royal dungeon and make a proper wineroom?

"Na na nothing, dear... Just studying my magic" Frantically putting the book away before he sees the cover.
Her husband, "Oh, sweet, I could use some time to practice, " Reaches for her book.
"Oh no! not that book... that one's too, uh... advanced for you." The lower level books are with the chlorine.
husband gives the side eye, "okay... happy... Studying." Knows full well what the book really is.
