I worked at the factory that made bed hoist rods for Cat 797 trucks. They were 14’ long and 36” diameter solid rods. We CNC machined them and then ran them through 3 different $3M dollar grinders using diamond grinding wheels to get a .001” runout down all 14’ of length.

This is child’s play.

Titans always got that cool fixturing. I knew there was more than one way to mount some stock but hadn’t seen it doved home like that on a wall hang 😂
