I just emailed every WA state legislature representative and Senator this morning. It's time for us all to email them, call them, and remind them to honor their solemn oath to uphold and support the U.S. Constitution, just as they all swore to do.

I read Judge Benitez's court transcript on the 12/12/2022 joint conference. He has the State making a spreadsheet listing all gun control laws from 1791 to 1888. He also shutdown California's bogus arguments.

While the exact verbage of "in common use" was not used in the Militia Acts of 1792, the intent was conveyed by specifying the bore of muskets to be carried. Clearly the intent was that Militia members, and therefore the armed citizenry, had the 2nd amendment right, and even the obligation, to keep and bear arms in common use by the military. The plainest reason for this would be so that the ammunition for those weapons could be readily resupplied from the national stores when the Militias service was called upon. In today's lexicon this would actually mean that each person should be able to show up with an M4 and (6) 30 round magazines. Or about a day of skirmishing worth.
