Mahoraga’s advantage in addition to everything else is that his adaptation only works when he is in a pickle so if Rika tries to copy his adaptations, he himself would adapt to that fact by creating an ability to prevent copy abilities or make an ability that is extremely detrimental if copied. you said copying so i assume its post zero "Rika", who is a shinigami most likely so wouldn't die to RCT (we've seen her use RCT in the manga). If Sukuna was able to overwhelm Makora with 2 abilities I'm sure "Rika" with tons more could get it done, not to mention all the cursed tools she caries that could damage Makora.
If its jjk zero Rika, well if 1 holo purple can kill Makora then a cursed energy blast from "infinite cursed energy" Rika would turn Makora to toast

Considering that the Queen of Curses could surpass the output of Geto's Uzumaki, that had been made with thousands of curses (among which probably at least a couple special grades) I'll say that if Rika doesn't olay around and goes for the kill, she vaporizes Mahoraga in one shot. Y'all have to remember that, in theory, one full power Red from Gojo is enough to kill Mahoraga in one hit. And Rika's attack was DEFINITELY stronger than Gojo's Red
