Finally, some love for sub rogues! It's been a rough expansion for them in any sort of end game, but they are so much fun for solo stuff. Don't forget that Shadowstrike teleports you to enemies, which makes zipping around to kill stuff a breeze.

You can also send your pet to loot, on a Hunter. Very handy if you kill something that's hard to get to.

I main a Druid and I'm rather new to actual gold farming. I've always loved running old raids for mounts and transmogs though and couldn't imagine doing that on anything other than a druid (or I guess Mage) for one very important reason: we can teleport out and back! The Dreamwalk ability teleports us to the Dreamway and if used again in there you teleport right back to outside the instance you were in. Older stuff doesn't tend to give you a a teleport out so you have to walk all the way back. If you still want to stay in the area after your instance run then Druid is the way to go.

I have an odd class and spec for farming. Arcane mage, you have teleport that take you close to raids, so can go from one straight to another without hearthing, arcane explosion takes out most mobs and charge your arcane blast for the bosses, which with the right talent gives a speed boost. I know it may take slightly longer but the time gained in travelling offsets it, especially single bosses raids/mount drops like Malygos and Midnight in old Karazan. I only niticed this when doing my quick farms, as my Mage was always done in 15/20 mins where others it woukd be over half hour when factoring travel. Once arcane explosion is baseline for all specs in shadowlands I may swap to frost as that will give me ice lance as well.

Hello honey! I have a favorite farmer that’s a bit off the beaten path. I’ll bet you can guess it just looking at my avatar. . . Paladin! For most low level dungeons I run in protection. I can pull a whole room with Avenger Shield, kill them quickly with consecration, and if I get into trouble with higher stuff I can always self heal and/or bubble. My main is also an alchemist with the flask specialization, so there’s always a flask of something to buff her up, and it lasts for double the time. Do I remember correctly that you don’t like to play pally? It was my first WoW love and still to this day my favorite class. . . I’m embarrassed at how many pallies I have! Anyway, love the video—keep up the good work!

Good list, but I feel compelled to rep for my enhance shaman a little bit too.
Ghost wolf (+30%), the talent that gives up to another +20% in ghost wolf, plus a sprint has made mine invaluable for older farms. Problem is being taken out of GW whenever using anything, but it's still great for the ones where you lasso the whole dungeon/raid in one go, and crash lightning aoe to kill everything super quick - especially if you have the talent that leaves it on the ground!

I like your "opinionated" videos. What you farm with should be what your comfortable with. My favorite toon for farming is my holy pally. I loved the aoe, dps, and movement my disc priest had in MoP. I also like my frost dk. I'm sure that doesn't sound amazing, but for me that's fun. I'm currently leveling a survival hunter.

I use BM hunter for my atal farming and its insanely good. I can do 1 instance in around 2 mins with ilvl 460.
Here is how I do my runs:
I have only as much corruption as I have resistance because grasping tendrils slows you down to much to often and increases your chance to get feared when pulling mobs.
I also spec into natural mending for more healing (rarely need but sometimes you know) and born to be wild so I have my aspect of the turtle up every time on my second pulls.
I also chose stomp over barrage since barrage does very low dmg compared to the AOE's you get from stomp.
I also use essence of the focusing iris rank 3 for my second pull. This is just to good to not use here.

In over 500 runs I've never been dazed of my mount, so I assume thats not a thing in dungeons.

First pull: From the entrance go down the first stairs, then the second stairs on the right, pull the saurids, then go back up the stairs, grab those that hang in the T corner then move towards the waterwall. Interrupt the 1 skyscreamer you get with this pull. I pop all my basic CD's and my on use trinket here and everything goes down fast.

Second pull: you should have killed all these first pull mobs on the waterfall side of the middle circle. So from there go to the right where there is 1 skyscreamer and 2 packs of saurids. Grab these and run across the middle circle and pull the 2 packs of saurids with the 2 skyscreamers there. At this point you run towards the middle again to group, remember to watch fear castbars and once you see one at about half way you pop aspect of the turtle til all 3 have done their fear cast (if 1 hasnt cast you should wait and interrupt it, pulling my way they should cast it within 10 sec of eachother). they should now be relatively grouped up and you can use your Azerite beam to kill them in like seconds.

Am I saying this is the best way or the best class, no, but I think people will struggle to do it as consistently fast as I do my runs. What slows me down is my dps on the first pull, if I had like 475 ilvl I could probably shave off 15-20 sec.
