Haha you motivated me to do some stuff like exploring some "factories", too, but I first started with a house that is just being built. I just passed it randomly and saw the workers leave so I was like "go for it" and I went inside & looked around with a flashlight. I wasn't in there very far, only like 15 meters from the entrance but I heard someone coming and the person (a man) was like "can I help you" and I just played it off like "Oh I just looked around, does the restaurant next to this house move in here?" (There were posters of the restaurant that was next door on this unfinished house).
The guy was quite cool, he answered my question (although I just asked it to say something lol) and explained that they were only apartments & I just left. But afterwards I didn't have the balls to explore a smaller "factory"-property anymore haha, maybe next time x)
