My late husband was a double amputee below the knees. We ha a handicapped license plate for him. My niece was a disabled child and my sister needed her placard because she was in a wheelchair, had, multiple things to take into the hospital for her checkups including a younger child. People don't have the right to ask you what your disability is, and you don't have to respond.

Disabled drivers should call the police when someone takes their handicap parking tag. Those are issued by the city and are city property. The person taking one can be in real trouble.

I’m 70 yrs. old and walk with a limp because of polio, been like this since I was 3. People still question me why I’m parked in the handicap parking!! It was worsed during my younger years, been into fights because of it! I would like that karen to reach into my car and grab my handicap placard, she’ll be in a wheelchair and be using a placard!!
