I have that exact same router lift. I drew it out in cad and cut the top out on my CNC. I am pretty positive that the top is actually metric. The radius of the corners is 20mm, or 40mm diameter.

There is definitely a better way to cut the plate in so it doesn’t look like your sister cut the hole.
