Haoqi Cheetah ebike! Any good in the snow?

Hello, in this video I take the Cheetah out for a long ride in the snow. The tires seem to grip well and the bike handles very predictably, no sideways sliding or excessive tire spinning. The rear rack and fenders do good job of keeping the splash off you and the bike!

Snow coming down is peaceful/ beautiful. Would imagine the fat tire would do well in powder. How about when the snow settles & turns icy?
