26:00 The good thing about CAKE is that the current dividend yield is 2.18%, but only 1.08 per share instead of the 1.44 from 2019 to 2021. Meaning that if they increase dividends to the same payout, it would be around 3% or so.
If you compare that with the 10 years bonds which is seeing as great giving you 4.5%, it is really not that different.
And you get appreciation on top of the dividend.
Of course, the main difference is risk. CAKE can go belly up, but if the Federal Reserve goes belly up, then forget about the rest.
However if you think that they are going to survive (or even thrive), they will give you similar money as the T-bonds+ appreciation.
