I've also been throne in a cold cell that you couldn't be under a blanket from 6 AM till 10 pm or they would take away your only blanket. Pure evil torture.

I did weekends for 6 months at a work release facility which was still jail but had a few more "perks", lol. But anyway I started my time in January and my second weekend reporting the heating was broken and the COs chose 2am to pull all the blankets and wash them. That was torture I didn't have to wear a uniform and got to keep my jacket but I was still frozen.

This is very therapeutic, you see! The reform process in America is absolutely phenomenal. They're teaching them how to endure the cold, how to thrive despite a lack of nutritional food, and how to get along with other people suffering in the same situation. I, too, believe treating humans as literal dogs is a proper, productive way to reintroduce them into society. I can't wait until these emotionally stable inmates regain their freedom!

They should've gotten in the same bed together... Body heat would've kept them from freezing 😁

What's crazy is that society fails the brightest minds sometimes. Often, in our youth. We are unlearned and near sighted but have potential but no leadership.

Coming from fatherless homes and the allure of freedom and the attention in the streets detour our opportunities in life.

The world uplifts drug use and sexuality to young minds, and this highjacks the reward system in each persons brain. Causing young adults to make stupid mistakes that have lifetime consequences.

Some of us are more hard-headed than others. So, we stay in that mentality for far too long. Then we end up in jail or prison where we're forced to use what we have to make a better life in a terrible position, never seeing we had that capability from the very start. Only to now realize it by experience when the distractions are taken away.

This guy could have been an inventor or mechanic if he had the proper direction. Sadly, this isn't the case, more often than not.

The cycle of pain and regret can be avoided by sharing with others your mistakes and wisdom to someone who is a younger you. Break the cycle. Give back freely and give advice. It can change lives.

That's a good way to stop many re offenders, I hate being cold, maybe not coming crimes if you prefer some warmth.

Also what I have seen people do with toilet paper is braid it to the point where it cannot be broken and you can attach a heavy weight or a metal object on the end of it and swing it to hit somebody
