Hi, when first starting my tv it did a factory boot ending in a factory test mode page. A hard reset as described is not working as I believe the remote is not working(yet).

My t.v also MI 4A tv ( Mi4Itv ).I am also waiting for update, I tried to Stock Firmware version flashing to my tv for resolving my t.v problem, but it didnot installed.We all should complaint to MI Facebook page.Most of all Mi 4A model TV's are facing problems during this lockdown period and I faced the problem of changing remote control functions by itself without remote help.If we are all trying unitedly to either complainting in MI Facebook page or commenting on MI tv system update videos.
