Guys trust me I found a solution for this reboot problem
Problem - Tried to reboot, pressed on reboot system and again same pop up of reboot, wipe & MI assistance.
Solution - don't try to wipe or go for mi pc suite instantly, try rebooting normally by pressing on reboot to system if it doesn't work follow
1- start the reboot to system & immediately Press vol up + down + power button.
2 - keeping pressing it for 15 sec till then mobile will restart on its own.
3 - backup all your imp data once your mobile has started cuz you never know mobile shows up this shitty problem.

Long Press three buttons at the same time.( volume up and down button + power button). Then select reboot. 100% it will work.
