I went throught a mental test with the question given:

And I was then given a chance to relief the hardships from a psychologist.
Knowing that I had BPD, and PTSD made me more aggressive against whatever I did.
But no more, I figured out something I really needed everything. It's just a normal and easy music. It brings me hearwarmth, confidence, and alerts.
