Swift ZWIFT Tip: Zwift Sidebar Explained // ZwiftInsider

In a recent post ZwiftInsider detailed all information contained in the "Nearby Zwifters" sidebar. This sidebar has evolved over a number of years and now contains a LOT of information packed into a very small space on the screen.

Hi Shane. I had my friend watch your video on recovering your luggage from the Melbourne airport using the Apple airtag, as he and his wife were leaving the next day for Germany. He bought the airtags, and is thankful he did. His wife got her bag after being in Germany for 5 days, and he didn’t get his bag until they were flying back to Canada 17 days later when they went to the airport in Munich and he did exactly what you did at the Melbourne airport. He got the airport staff to go through 2 rooms full of luggage until the app tracked his bag to another room where the app said his bag was. The staff member said they had no plan in place to get any of the luggage back to their owners as they were so short staffed. Crazy. Anyway…thank you for your video.

Zwift need to get their arse in gear and give us more control of the interface elements. Sidebars, top and bottom bars and mini-map should all be toggle controlled and sizeable.

where the orange jersey represents pro cyclists, green jerseys represent pro triathletes. Pro runners are a pink-ish vest. there are also jerseys for KOM/QOM holder and sprint leaders, which last for an hour or until they are bettered

Maybe add the explanation for Leader's Jersey (as well as sprint or KOM) about the arrow on it. What does it mean when the arrow is on or off...

I love data, but find the zwift sidebar, menu and interface generally way to confusing. All these tiny features are a distraction when riding imo

Thank you for this, one additional question is there anyway to enlarge the top right hand box or to show the elevation changes more than just the small shadow along the bottom of this box? TIA

I often see different coloured jerseys, green, polka dot (even yellow I think) and others next to riders who don't appear to have done anything remarkable to get such jerseys. I presume that the game resets old records every day or something allowing new jerseys to be issued. Any clues as to how that works and what the full list of jerseys are?

Thanks for this Shane. Very helpful. I do have a question about the number of Zwifters in the Event or on the Current Map, assuming not in an event, is that number based on riders within a certain range (distance)? or the entire map?

Hi Shane, i have apple TV 4th gen, with 3rd gen remote. My issue is i cannot get access to submenus(individual workout selection) within the main Zwift menu, does the original 4th gen/4k remote have access to select workouts?Thanks Johnny
