That man put his whole heart into his performance. Don't know if he still works at/ with Disney, but, that level of passion is one of the few things that would get me to a performance. That, and my buddy who portrayed Goofy.

Also, he has kind eyes and a genuine smile (so do many of the others on stage) Probably a lot of lovely stories up there.

I got to see him as Thomas Jefferson, it incredible. But even more incredible was getting to talk to him at the stage door afterwards. He and his wife had a dinner reservation, but he took as much time as he was able to talk to us. He's such a genuine person, onstage and off. Love this guy.
