We are what we are, and the world hates us for it. Forgive them, Father, for they do not know what they do. Shalom

Shalom brother
May I ask

Numbers 6:18
[18]And the Nazarite shall shave the head of his separation at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall take the hair of the head of his separation, and put it in the fire which is under the sacrifice of the peace offerings.

So at end of seperation one must shave off hair n burn in fire...

In our season now under new covenant does this change?

How would you describe the Natsarim, in modern times or even after the fall of Jerusalem (70AD), being that there is no temple, there is no Levitical Priesthood, blood sacrifice is no longer valid. Or does it even exist today fully supported by scriptures?

The Natsarym abstained from dead flesh, strong drink, and had other stringent adherences. The Qumran community were Essenes who also held to many of the same standards, one was abstaining from dead flesh.

There were Natsarym within the Essene sect, but not all of the Essenes were Natsarym.

Verse 6 talks about avoiding dead bodies. Did you know that the surname a.k.a. last name a.k.a. family name is the name of a corporation or a body corporate ... a.k.a. a dead body. To be part of Yah's set-apart royal priesthood, one must render to Caesar's that which is his - the surname. ['Sur' is Latin for over or above and it is placed in that position of authority over the Christian or real or proper name. That is blasphemy!] Neither the Father or the Son have a surname - be like a Nazarite, imitate/guard, and do not be yoked to a dead body.

Nazarite is spelled three letter root נזר. That's nun-zayin-resh. It is not spelled the same as a Natsarene which is nun-tsdee-resh נצר. It makes a difference. Look at the pictographic meanings of these letters. Ask The Qodesh Ruach to guide you into all knowledge.

hi Issac, thanks for subscribing. I don't completely understand what a Natsarim is but I'm a Nazarite.

However when you study the topic, many interesting discoveries are found.

Samson and Ezekiel had dreadlocks
Jdg 16:13 If thou weavest the seven locks of my head with the web 19 the seven locks of his head
16:17 There hath not come a razor upon mine head; for I have been a Nazarite unto God from my mother's womb

Ezk 8:3 And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God

Samuel was a Nazarite from birth
1 Sam 1:11 all the days of his (Samuel) life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.

Prophesies on Nazarites
Amos 2:11, 12 And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites.
Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the Lord.
But ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink;
and commanded the prophets, saying, Prophesy not.

Lam 4:7 Her Nazarites were purer than snow, they were whiter than milk,
they were more ruddy in body than rubies, their polishing was of sapphire:

Nazarite Vows in Acts
Acts18:18 And Paul after this tarried there yet a good while, and then took his leave of the brethren, and sailed thence into Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila; having shorn his head in Cenchrea: for he had a vow

Acts 21:23 Do therefore this that we say to thee: We have four men which have a vow on them; Them take, and purify thyself with them, and be at charges with them (cover expenses), that they may shave their heads: and all may know that those things, whereof they were informed concerning thee, are nothing; but that thou thyself also walkest orderly, and keepest the law (Num6)

Qualifications to be a Priest
The concept of ministerial service, and perhaps a link to the royal priesthood as found in the High Priest's vow of service. The Hebrew word nezer, from the same root as the word nazir, which also means "consecrated" is inscribed on the holy crown worn on the mitre of the High Priest [Exodus 29:6; 39:30; Leviticus 8:9], on the "crown" of the holy anointing oil used to sanctify people and objects to Yahweh [Leviticus 21:12], and later in the days of the monarchy the term is applied to the royal crown of the Kings of Israel [see 2 Samuel 1:10; 2 Kings 11:12; Zechariah 9:16].

Therefore, in the order of the Nazirite there is the combined concept of:
separation
purity in holiness
the "crown" of the royal priesthood
All three aspects closely connected to the oath of service to God above all other functions in life, each aspect corresponding to the Nazirite's oath of service:
Abstaining from wine and all products of the vine separate him or her from normal social occasions and the lure of temporal luxury and excess and is perhaps a reminder of the "fruit" that led man into sin in the Garden of Eden. The abstention from fermented drink signified that the Nazirite's acceptance of a life of service as opposed to a life of ease [see Jeremiah 35:5-8].
The swearing of a lifetime oath allowed a man to serve God without the necessary bloodline of Aaron to link him to ministerial service in the Temple. The requirements of the Nazirite are in fact similar to those of the Levitical priesthood.

In terms of separation from one's family in service to Yahweh the term nazir is used of Joseph son of Jacob/Israel in Genesis 49:26 and in Deuteronomy 33:16, and therefore the special service of a Nazirite may predate the Sinai Covenant:
Genesis 49:26: "...blessings of the grain and flowers, blessings of the eternal mountains, bounty of the everlasting hills, may they descend on Joseph's head, on the crown of the one dedicated (= or consecrated, nazir) from among his brothers!"
Deuteronomy 33:16b: "May the hair grow thick on the head of Joseph, on the brow of the consecrated (nazir) one among his brothers!"

Related to 7 year "undressed vine"
Lev 25:4 But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest (šaḇâṯôn) unto the land, a sabbath for the Lord: 5 That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest you shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of vine undressed (nâziyr an unpruned vine like an unshorn Nazirite): for it is a year of rest (šaḇâṯôn)

And Jubilee "undressed vine"
Lev 25:11 A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed (nâziyr an unpruned vine like an unshorn Nazirite)

Ezk 5:1 And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp knife, take thee a barber's razor, and cause it to pass upon thine head and upon thy beard: then take thee balances to weigh, and divide the hair.
