Welcome back to another delicious recipe! This time I'm gonna teach you a classic rabbit dish in Italy called rabbit alla cacciatora. Aside from very easy and delicious, rabbit meat is way healthier than the other meats we eat in the Philippines. It's quite unusual to see this in our everyday meal but you might want to consider trying this dish :

CONIGLIO ALLA CACCIATORA
1 whole rabbit (around 1 to 1.5kg)
2 cans of tomato sauce
150g white mushrooms
50-100g olives
1 carrot
1 celery stem
1 white or red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 glass of wine
Sage, rosemary and thyme or any herbs available
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Delicious! I wish they sell rabbit meat here in San Diego; I think they are only sold at specialty stores or special ordered from a farm.

Opo ang iba hindi kumakain ng rabbit...pero pag naluto cya ng maigi talagang masarap po cya, ang iba nmn di kumakain kc naiisip nila ang rabbit sa forest naawa sila 😅😅😅😅❤❤🇵🇭🇵🇭
