Just noticed Saltbaker tries murdering the player with the limes, dough, berries, and sugar in the first phase. In the second phase, he throws the mint leaves in the air.

They could have gotten these ingredients if they just went to the store and bought berries, dough, pineapple mint, icy sugar cubes, and limes. Then they kill someone else to get a soul.

The question is, why did Chef Saltbaker needed a soul of one of the cups if he only said one soul. Didn't specify. And from all the ingredients 3 of them have souls because we see them alive in the boss against Chef Saltbaker. The distilery dough, the icy sugar cubes, and the desert limes are alive, does that mean they have souls? He could have just used these souls, but he wanted to be evil to the cups.

Pd: I didn't count the gnome berries as alive because the gnome berries themselves don't have life of their own. The basket of gnome berries is what has life, not the berries.

ok most of these ingredients kind of makes sense to the boss you fight, except, why does fighting dogs on planes give you mint? Can someone explain the correlation
