Most of the CAs are not even willing to help other CAs friend as they see them as competition.

Sir, in my place Siliguri CAs are doing audits for as low as 1, 500/- and doing monthly GST
monthly accounting returns for 500/-. The situation is pathetic for young CAs. Everybody has started charging so low just for the sake of pulling the client file, but compliance is growing day by day.

It is very evident from the current state of the economy that all CAs are not going to get a good job. Instead of searching for Jobs, we should try to get into AI and Blockchain field. How quality of Accounting and Auditing can be enhanced through the blockchain and AI.
In the next 3-4 years, most of the compliance jobs will also lapse due to an increase in tech.

For qualified CAs, Hyderabad CA firms are bargaining for even to work for 25k, mid sized firms are offering 35k to maximum of 40k.

Now a days even people are filing ITR for Rs.500 also, every where you will find a Inheritance problem in CA practice.

Institute will remain silent about rotation of Audits, minimum salary for CA in CA firms.

Our profession is moving towards the worst with inheritance, politics in getting audit.

Big 4 vs rest of practice firms

And one of the biggest thing is you observe pwc, many scam companies stat auditor will be pwc but still they are having good business like all big companies and MNC s will recruit only big 4 firms as their auditors

Two utmost need of the course is enable campus experience as much as possible and for get into practice icai needs to look at and to make it friendly viable etc

Aray sir... Poora club 32 bhai भतीजा वाद पर चल रहा है... If they were to start handholding youngsters then who is going to vote for them... Its a quid pro quo game going on. All they are is how they can get rich and they don't give a rat's ass to New comers. Even this capacity building is an eyewash. 9 years in council and generations will reap the benefits.

Hi one good alternative can be probably getting an edge on fields like Ind AS implementation, M&A, financial modelling, international tax etc and then taking up project as a free lancer online along with the regular day to day work of a C A
Would love to hear your view on the same and also if you can make a vedio on how a CA can get into free lancing.

Sir I am from Mainpuri District Uttar Pradesh here only 5 or 6 CA and many tax advocate plus Mcom graduate there 5 or 6 CA are enough
