(What I will say here represent my opinion and not Toliss).

Fair review but I will give a counterweight to what you said about the price tag and if it is worth it since I am an insider...

A346 isn't a copy paste in terms of systems from the previous products, a lot of systems were rebuild due to the specifics of the 4 engines:
- Hydrolics
- Fuel
- Bleed
- Navigation
-...

I understand that there are quirks on textures and sounds need to be improved but people are completely missing some of the advanced simulation (like custom failures, very accurate systems, ... ).

A lot of pilots have been using toliss products to maintain their flows during covid times... (This plane has a very advanced smartcopilot profile that I am responsible for)

Don't forget this is a very big bird with a lot of 3D and textures, not everyone can afford a 3080 or 3090 so compromises were made...

The price also support the product for XP12 and all other features announced in the roadmap (so many years of support).

I just want to be sure that those aspects that streamers never speak about are mentioned.

I really like your work but this bird requires in depth look to properly understand the level of details that were set in.

As a professional airbus pilot I would say this is exceptional value for the amount of work gone into this sim - as it is a very good study level SIM. It flies well using the Thrustmaster Airbus sidestick. Texturing of passenger interior and external views are irrelevant to me. I only care about the systems, the rendering of the cockpit and how it flies relative to the real machine. This coupled with the power of xplane is truly an amazing package. We are all very very lucky to have talented and focussed people from xplane and Tolliss - I have no association with them.
The custom control panel and the ability to pull up failures and setup scenarios such as short finals practice, failure practice etc etc is excellent. The MCDU functionality and autoflight functionality is good for professional practice. Sounds and cabin and external rendering are useless in respect of professional use. So this SIM is worth every cent and my heartfelt thanks go to Tolliss for developing this as a study level SIM. Hopefully they clone an A330 from this at some stage.
You must give credit to the thousands of hours of work that the developer’s have put into this fantastic SIM. Thanks for the review but the price for this actually very cheap for the exceptional quality.

Your reviews are really good but there is something I miss here as well as on other review channels: Icing conditions. Many developers spend details on modelling air condition and anti ice but the plane itself does not even react on icnig conditions. Example: The Airfoillabs B350. Great details spend on it. It reacts in icing conditions and you have to use the blaster at righttime to get rid of that ice. Also with engine anti ice the performance is differrent. Also with the Aerobask DA62 (did not check it on the Phenom yet). But I am a bit dissapointed on the airliners I got so far because this - in my opinion important - detail is not really modelled at all. I think this should be spend some points in reviews because in special weather conditions you have to react on icing which will impact plane performance.
The ini 310 whci I also own e.g. does not ice even wehn flying at dewpoint through heavy snow fall. So all anti icing on the plane is waste and an important aspect of flying is not modelled at all.
Maybe you think about it and can include that fact in your reviews. It would be much appreciated.

Can you share the settings and setup you use for such a smooth graphics movement? I can only achieve this with Zibo. I have 5800X and RX6800XT with 32Gb Ram. Using 34 Ultrawide 144Hz Freesync monitor.

instead of typing [up2.3] on the scratchpad when setting up the takeoff you do it like this: [3/-2.3] and it will say 3/UP2.3"

Are they at some point going to make the airplane interior to be sealed off from the exterior, like a barrier similar to the zibo and the flight factor 767) ? where you cannot move passed the glasses and the walls with out and actual opening?

just purchase the toliss a340-600 i release the parking brakes but tug is not moving i notice the wheels are chocks i open the toliss iscs panel yet i don't see where i can disable the chocks. need help

Thank you for review. Have all toliss products - and They are great but I am really dissapointed about the Sound pack -still using TSS Sounds.They ruin the experience in the Long run. BSS? Maybe in a Long Time. Ftsim Will make a Sound pack hopefully soon. Thank you for a very honest and in depth review! 😊

I a different review video (it was one in German for this old classic Boeing 747 video) a repainter in the comments said the low-quality textures are because of the old X-Plane graphics engine limitation: Only one 2k texture fills the whole airframe. And one just can´t get sharp logos small readable warning labels, and readable badges inside the landing gear covers when one little ridiculous low resolution texture file tiles one 50 meter airplane as a whole. That´s why even the most expensive 90 or even 120 Dollar add-on planes have such blurry ugly textures on the airframe, and such blurry technical badges on the engines looking like the danger and warning signs all are a 128x128 pixel sprite, and so on. This is one flaw X-Plane has to remove in the newer version the size limitation for textures, and I really hope X-Plane 12 will remove this graphics engine limitation - for unlimited texturing quality for finest 8k or 10k texture tiles. With all labels and little imprints fully readable and unlimited details. :) And I am curious how this Airbus will compete with the king of Study-level simulations the Fenix Airbus for Flight Sim 20.
edit: This airbus is great and even the tail-fin camera on the lower EICAS is functional, which makes me even more curious how good the Fenix Airbus will be compared to this Airbus here.

rather just stick with the inibuilds stuff the texturing on the toliss stuff gives me a p3d kinda vibe it just does not look good in comparison its certainly not worth $90 imo the sounds are terrible for that kind of price and i dont like that horrible coloured ui they use either.
