I'm so glad that you got the swagger bag! It's by far my favourite style from Coach. If you like the style the large model one is awesome too. I use the large one for work and school because it can hold my laptop, plus it's a fun mix from time to time then using a tote. Also when I was watching the video, your bag didn't have any of the hangtags on it that should have come with it. I think you can stop by the Coach store or call them and they will be able to give a replacement.

Hello, I bought the Swagger carryall 32 (black pebble leather with gold hardware - model #34408) new with tags off eBay at the beginning of this month. So glad that I was able to save $200 from the original retail price of $550 (according to the tag). Anyway, have you noticed a stitched seam going down the center on the back of the detachable shoulder strap? I'm assuming this is a normal feature, but wanted to check it against yours. Thank you.
