It almost looks like Hurricane Season is over ... the Caribbean is churned up ... and the Cold air is Coming down ... Plus we are 10 Tropical storms down from last year .... It looks like a slightly above Average year .... Snow in October, that seems a bit early ... Brrr ... Who wants the Cold Weather ? ... Didn't the Cold last year shut down the Power grid in Texas ? ... Nasty ! ... And I thought this was the Hottest year on Record ? I like your Tropical Reports, you do a Good Job ! .... Cheers !
