I have spent most of my life recalling back my past mistakes, the devil does this to keep me back. When I see an error, I think it is the consequence of my mistakes but I know deep within I was forgiven but I just couldn't overcome looking back. This message is a blessing to me. God bless all here. Our feeling of moving away from God is ironically what brings us closer to God. Feeling guilty it’s what makes us Christian. My non-Christian friends just don’t have this guilt but I’m afraid to separate from God to not reach heaven so I have no choice but to feel this guilt. I am sure that feeling guilt is really an important part of being a real Christian.

God used this sermon, 3 years after it was produced to answer a prayer that helped me gain freedom in my mind. I was completely set free. I’ve experienced many times during prayer where I felt like Jesus was saying to me, ‘Don’t condemn yourself’ as I told Him how ‘I did this and of course I did that! Right? Like I don’t know any better...’ I would condemn and put myself down. He reminded me of a verse that says, “Neither do I condemn you.” Jesus doesn’t want us to come to Him condemning ourselves for sins He’s already covered. He wants us to, as Joel said, confess our sins, ask for forgiveness and the power to do better next time and move on. And Even if we fail at that after trying, our God is gracious and sees our heart. Jesus loves you so, so much. To God be ALL THE FOREVER AND EVER AMEN!
