Vcac is a good mini garage vehicle

When the tank update came a while ago, hitting certain parts of a tank actually affects the damage. Vehicles included too.
So the VCAC can do more or less dmg towards tanks or vehicles because it took me 4 missiles to kill a T14 then 5 because I targeted different areas.
This feature applies to rpgs and Javelins, depending on where you hit it.
