No it fucking isn't smart fries do indeed have lots of complex carbs but they also contain lots of fat and they are usually fried using highly processed seed oils so instead of fries just eat boiled potatoes with some salt

Maybe right for carbs and food in general. But not fries, as they are really salty and dehydrate you even more. If u drink - eat before, don't drink till blackout and every glass of booze should be followed with a glass of water (my local cool bar serves every cocktail w a glass of water and bartenders insist on you drinking it😁). That way you make wake up with no hangover whatsoever.
