That case you don't need to use cast and get all actors off class.
With BPI you can comunicate with actor which have interface, just use - does implement interface? after Overlap and use BPI message

Great video! Gotta love the BPI, here are some things I’d like to see explained: advanced ways to use enums; either with a data table or not. Using math expressions in place of spheghetti math. Explained use of data assets and why it would be better to use than structs whenever. One thing that I can’t wrap my head around is using gameplay tags for programming. great videos 👍🏻

Absolutely loving this series dude! If there's a one thing I could ask for - could you possibly explain how casting works? I understand what you're talking about in isolation a lot of the time, but I guess I don't really understand where it fits in the grand scheme of adding it to become functionality in a game and how all these things tie together. I've worked as an Environment Artist for the last 10 years and just started trying to understand the programming side of Unreal, but the thing that keeps tripping me up is the logic behind the decisions you're making. It's an odd question, considering I work with other designers and programmers everyday, but thanks to your tutorials I'm able to open some of their blueprints and understand some of the logic behind it, just not an objective view of why they've made the decisions they've made, especially when it comes to casting. I hope this makes sense haha! I'm really enjoying the way you're structuring your content at the moment dude!

Hiya BP Guru, maybe you can help, I've been trying to find a tutorial on this without using an Actor, my game will be all UMG based and will need to pass data back and fourth my main screen to levels (It's a causal mobile game) Do you know the node I would use to do this? Thx!
