I've spent a lot of time testing Gemini Live. I love how natural the voices are and how fast the replies are. However, it just stops responding at some point in every single conversation and also has a major hallucination problem. Interrupting it (an advertised feature) or switching languages mid-conversation are likely to break it.

Excellent as always Jacklyn! I’m really excited for this stuff, but I’d also be a little hesitant to use/trust it. I mean, the risks of Gemini getting your friend’s allergies wrong are kinda….bad. Hopefully Google can improve the models, or implement some kind of safeguard against that sort of thing.

Both awesome and scary. I just downloaded the Gemini app to try it out. I am not too concerned about my data. I think it cannot be avoided, unless you stop using smartphones and internet.
