Один из малых музеев Петербурга — мемориальная квартира актерской династии Самойловых хранит память о театральных кумирах прошлых столетий. Несколько залов рассказывают о представителях этой талантливой династии и их современниках, а в уютной музыкальной гостиной проходят творческие встречи, концерты, лекции. Открыта выставка, посвященная истории русского балета, по которой проводятся интереснейшие экскурсии. Для детей музей предлагает увлекательные квесты, мастер-классы и интерактивные занятия.

The Memorial Samoylov Family Museum occupies the former apartment owned by the famous actor of Alexandrinsky Theatre Vassily Vassilievich Samoilov. He was the most gifted representative of the well–known actors dynasty.
There are three memorial rooms devoted to the history of the Samoylov family. A cozy concert hall revives the musical traditions of the Samoilov house, where regular musical soirees were held. Nowadays chamber music concerts, lectures, discussions and other events take place here.
An exhibition dedicated to the characters and events of the Russian ballet theatre was opened in 2001. Our guests can take an interesting guided tour of the exhibition and memorial rooms of the museum. For children there are a lot of captivating quests, interactive classes and educational programs developed by our masters.
