For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. I remember when i just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 i ended up selling it because i have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. Got back into crypto early in 2024 with $20k and I'm up with $232k in a short period of time

The key is risk analysis. The markets are and has always been unpredictable. Does that mean don't invest, of course not but one must access the risk and have a way out if the tide goes been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.6B'tc to a decent 24B'tc....I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

Why do people still listen to her? Her ARK Innovation Fund is ONLY 4.33% in THE LAST 5 YEARS IN TOTAL (not per year). She uses the LONG TERM to hide her mistakes. I think 5 years is long enough to assess her performance - DISMAL !!!

The best advice is to buy an etf like voo, vti, vug or something like that and hold it regardless of the market movements. Keep buying on a regular basis and buy a bit more when the market goes down.
If you want to buy some individual stocks, buy only sold companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, nvidia and hold them for several years. That will eventually outpace most other strategies unless you become a highly skilled trader. Even managed portfolios can’t outperform most ETFs with their low costs. If you want to trade, use only money you can afford to lose and learn from your mistakes. No one knows what the future will bring.

I did not even bother to listen to the clip for a simple reason. why would anyone bother to listen to a thing this woman has to say? She was right maybe one time when she got on board what I call "the stay at home stocks" during the pandemic which anyone with a lick of sense in the capital markets was well aware of. Other than that she has been as wrong as you could possibly be. Wood is just another example of someone the media wants to anoint a Guru for whatever reasons they have,
