Thank you! This video helped me do in 5 minutes what the person I've been paying to work on my website could not accomplish.

What? A dude who speaks both Computer-Geek and English? Hurray!! There are lots of wonderful folks out there who are great at this stuff, but just can't explain it well. And then there are folks like me, who really suck at Geek, and who really want to learn. We need clear, simple videos like this. Thanks man!

Hi! I know that this video is 5 years ago, but I would love to get your advise! I placed my code in the text and when I click 'visual' I can see the example/preview in full form. However, when I click 'update', it changes back to code again. Do you know what might have gone wrong? Anyone?

Bruh now in widgets some html tags code doesn't support. Like <img> tag & inline css too. 🥺

Thanks very much for this Martie. Another very useful video. I am actually laughing here because despite having 50+ websites (all rather simple ones really), it is the first time I knew there was a custom html widget! So it's true - you learn something every day. Best wishes, Colin

Great video. I've been trying to do this when creating a page on Wordpress. It tells me that I have to upgrade. I tried your method in the Post area and it works. Have you tried it on a regular page? Thanks

Nice video. I've noticed lately that for some reason if I put code in WordPad to test it, nothing renders. Usually saving the files in a WordPad Document and attempting to view it in Firefox or Chrome. Neither show the code. I wrapped it with an HTML open closed tags. Any Suggestions? Anyone?
