VP Vance argues for US ownership of Greenland during visit

Vice President JD Vance argued on Friday that Greenlanders would be better off being under the protection of the U.S. than under Denmark. The vice president's remarks came as he and a U.S. delegation visited an American military base in Greenland. “Our message to Denmark is very simple — you have not done a good job by the people of Greenland," Vance said.
