The Indian Removal Act of 1830 forced American Indians to leave their ancestral lands and travel over 1,000 miles on foot. Thousands died on the journey that would come to be known as the "Trail of Tears." Join John Bradshaw as he illuminates this tragic chapter in American history, and learn how a God familiar with suffering will one day wipe away all our tears.

I am a Africa American who for 25 years attended POW WOWS, each year, because I felt such a connection to their pain. Now! I know why.

My great great grandmother was a Cherokee woman. I have been studying the Trail of Tears history as it pertains to my family. I'm so impressed with the way you have fused together a gospel narrative with the Trail of Tears story.

I am so grateful, for, this message. A history huff, have a kinship to the native american plight. My first time seeing God’s message related to the trail, of Tears. I so need to fulfill my desire join in the journalistic world of writing. This man has prompted me and inspired me. And now a siren goes by and I feel, defeated yet again. Need to watch again then.

I am an American Indian.

5/16 of my great great grandparents walked the trail. And 1/16 were non Tribal Emancipated people of African descent being sheltered by the Tribe during reconstruction.

Very few people can say this.

There's no fairness nor justice in this world hijacked by the enemy of God. The only justice is to follow Jesus and obey Him. It's not hard, and He forgives mistakes. You will spend eternity with Him in a place where tears no longer exist. There is only joy ❤

Thank you for making this video and telling the difficult truth. Many Christians don’t even teach this to their children. It’s ignored. Love your channel.

I look forward to a new world order. Not one created by man, but the promised one that God will give us. No pain, hurt, sickness or death. Everything restored just as it was before sin entered the world. This is when our true life will begin.

It is shameful that the United States government did this and forced these people off of their land. It is even more shameful that the people in Kentucky and Missouri took advantage of it and charged outrageous prices for grain and other items.

As a fellow New Zealander we know who was the first to fly, and it wasn't the wright brothers, but American History claims they were but we Know better, oh well the last shall be first and the first shall be last, often we give Glory to ourselves, when true Glory belongs to God, who showed his Great Love, when he allowed Jesus who is one with the Father to Die for our Sins.
