Crazy how Nick is the king of fumbling bags. You’ve obviously got this example where they made a whole show as a star vehicle for Victoria Justice all the while having Ariana Grande RIGHT THERE. But also, there was that time when they were pitched Adventure Time and decided to go against putting it on their network in favor of fucking Fanboy and Chum Chum. For comparison, Adventure Time had ten seasons; Fanboy and Chum Chum had two.

Of course. The only way a sandwich would be better unpressed is if the bread was supposed to be soft and pillowy when you eat it. But part of the nature of a sandwich is that you grab it and tear a bite off of it with your teeth. Because of this, any soft, pillowy bread would already be crushed by your own mouth by the time you're done taking a bit of it, so the only difference would be it being more difficult to fit in your mouth (a downside) and the experience of biting into it for the first time (negligible and typically not better). The only way for a sandwich to be significantly different unpressed is to eat it with a knife and fork, which undermines the purpose of a sandwich in the first place.
