13:44 I think your issue is the case not being a MagSafe case. MagSafe cases have magnets in them to allow MagSafe accessories to work correctly when using case. You could try powerbank without case and see if it sticks better. Edit: you tried that, so maybe try case with magnets

Hey so, the same reason your phone doesn’t charge in your car, is the same reason the wireless charger doesn’t stick to your phone. If your phone is a 12 and above, it should have the MagSafe feature (a magnet for charging and attaching things magnetically in the back), but for it to work with a case on, you need a case that is MagSafe compatible.
