Hey, thanks for this video, you're the only one showing the EdgeR Workflow I think on YT. just few tips, please remove or put down the volume of the music. It's too much (e.g. @ 07:45). Also I am watching your video at 1.25x speed rate and still find it pretty slow, i am sure you can find a way to improve this. Thanks a lot.

Hey, I have some queries about R not being able to "open the connection" when typing in the raw data chunk.
-> I am also quite frankly confused about the chronology of the videos, as I have had to scroll through your playlist to find videos and their counterparts (such as your stringR set of videos).
-> I have most recently completed the stringR set, but have no clue what to do now. My most recent predicament is that I was -*-painstakingly-*- able to find some Bioconductor-based help to download some of the packages I saw at the beginning of your DESeq and EdgeR videos, but neither work- the prompt I see is "R cannot open the connection, " or something along those lines.

Please help- I am really trying to get into R and have found your content easy to follow.

Hi,
many thanks for your video, It is the first time I am using edgeR, at the first time when you used read.csv, it was normalized counts, it means we must have our raw counts as normalized counts? because my raw counts are not normalized when I used DESeq2 and there I input my counts as raw and then the DESeq2 normalized it automatically but here directly you upload your counts as normalized, could you please explain it and advise me on what to do?

I dont want to rite all the code from this video but to just modify.

Can u lend us in some way?

Cheers🙂

OMG thxs so much for this content! I was doing microarray analysis that had much easier workflow and it have somes software that do all the stuff, and I needed to learn how to analyse my rna-seq data, and with your video i can now realized them.
