I’m so appreciative of artists like you posting their tips and information in an industry that is so focused on ‘keeping their secrets’. Unfortunately my mentor has shown little to no interest in actively teaching me and watching me to correct any bad habits that may be forming. Im lucky if I even get him to critique my finished work. I’m basically doing my apprenticeship through artists on YouTube. Any information to help me correct and focus on my techniques is a blessing.

Great tip I haven't heard before, and told in a genuine way. Thanks Mr.Fischer!

Im here as a teacher (of music production, not tattooing) because I am super impressed with Bens teaching abilities, hes a born educator, and I love watching his videos, and im not remotely interested in tattooing anyone, I have tattooed myself since i was a kid, and so did my grandfather. Anyways, love your approach Ben!

Thanks for all the great content and time you put into these videos, i was curious if you believe it is necessary to start out using higher end cartridges starting out, i have been using solong which dont seem to be very good the liners have alot of play and seem to jump around abit when pulling lines ive recently seen some videos on quelle brand cartridges and some people say they are fine for practice skins and seem to be better then the others the company offers however it is from the company cnc and i do know they pay people or give free gifts for good reviews for this has been exposed by other channels i keep up with, ive been looking into t tech for liners and a few other solid options for mags however if the cheaper quelle will work i will get significantly more needles for the money i spend. i can afford the more costly cartridges but if it isnt a huge issue to begin with id obviously rather save some cash and get more equipment seeing how i will be going through alot in my practice time if you could shine some light on this for me i would truly appreciate it thanks Ben
