Ενημερωτική καμπάνια SafeWaterSports 3ης ηλικίας-Kανόνας 3 (Μπαίνω και βγαίνω σταδιακά)-Long version

Κανόνας 3: Μπαίνω και βγαίνω σταδιακά στη θάλασσα. Στην αρχή βρέχω το πρόσωπό μου, κάνω στάσεις και δίνω στον εαυτό μου χρόνο.

Ο Σπύρος Γιαννιώτης αργυρός ολυμπιονίκης κολύμβησης στα 10 χλμ. ανοικτής θαλάσσης συνασπίζεται για ακόμη μία χρονιά με την Safe Water Sports, για την πραγματοποίηση μίας καμπάνιας αφιερωμένη στην ευπαθή ομάδα των ηλικιωμένων.

Μοιράζεται μαζί μας όλους τους κανόνες ασφαλείας για τους αγαπημένους μας γονείς, για τους παππούδες και τις γιαγιάδες μας που όμως βρίσκουν εφαρμογή σε όλους μας.

Spyros Gianniotis, the Greek Olympic silver medalist in 10k open-water swimming is teaming up with Safe Water Sports one more time, to carry out a campaign dedicated to the vulnerable elderly.

He will share with us all the safety rules for them. These rules do not apply only to our beloved parents and grandparents, but to all of us.
