What u did for the doctors is commendable because they will never tell the parents but they know what's happening to the child and they go through that stress and it's not easy for them and plus they have their personal life and stress regarding that too.
And when birthday clashes like mine with my daughter then it all becomes for the child just like in ur case but it makes us so happy na ☺️❤️🎂
