When it comes to warfare, I'm marveled by how effective the Russian munitions are. For a force that is "losing the war" and "running out of munitions", taking out a power plant is quite impressive. That's likely going to be another few hundred billion added to our National debt. Thanks Obama.

Russia launching that amount of missles and the fact NK has been quite for a while tells me something more is going on and they have plenty more where that came from.
