Relive a day of racing like no other; adizero: Road to Records 2022. Athletes from 20 countries put the hammer down across Men's and Women's 5km, 10km and Half Marathon distances in the latest adizero footwear, claiming personal bests, national records and more in a thrilling morning of racing.

Yo, Kejelcha is BACK. His ramp up on that final kilometre was insane, he dropped what a 2:20 final k? Could've well been a sub 4 final mile too, on the roads. He did so well last year leading up to Tokyo but I think the sudden kick by the field caught him by surprise and he couldn't weave his way through the pack to medal. No one should count this man out. 12:53 with such a wicked finish is absurdly fast. I think if anyone can break the 5K WR on the track, it's Yomif Kejelcha.
Not to discredit Kimeli though, he's always super solid and could definitely get a time close to 12:40. Not that I think that Kejelcha CAN break it, but if I had to choose someone who will run under 12:35.36 it would definitely be Kejelcha.

Kejelcha must have thought the comment regarding "third fastest 5K runner" was meant in a negative sense, but it was an open ended comment.
Seems it pricked his ego a bit and he said he raced to feelings, forgot about time. Anyways, great racing and love to see him run and make his comeback.

When it mattered the camera man let us down. He chose to show the spectators when men 10 k was finishing. What a jerk… couldn’t even see the second place finisher
