About Sile O'Donnell :
Sile O’Donnell is a HR Consultant and an Adjunct Associate Professor in HRM, organisational behaviour and organisation development (OD) in Trinity College Dublin. Síle is a highly accomplished HR practitioner with over 30 years of experience and achievements in senior HR and OD roles, including a number of HR Director roles in large public sector organisations.
Sile provides HR and OD services to numerous organisations in the Irish public sector. She has worked with many organisations during the pandemic to develop culture change, performance management systems, workforce planning, competency frameworks and equality, diversity and inclusion policies.

About the Summit :
The Global HR Virtual Summit 2022 themed “Disruptions in HR For Better Employee Engagement in The New Normal“, an initiative by the L’strategyq Advisors and Bizemag media aims to bring HR leaders across the world to share their views, opinions and ideas on pertinent topics that would focus on creating and nurturing a healthy workspace for leaders as well as employees.
